Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose between a prepaid shipping label or a QR code for a printerless experience, then carefully package your jewelry in its original pouch or box.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location or schedule a pickup to send your items back to our fulfillment center.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, or your new exchange items will be shipped out immediately.
